These Terms & Conditions govern the website design services provided by DigiArambh. By placing an order, making a payment, or asking us to begin work on your website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

DigiArambh ("we", "us", "our") designs and builds professional websites for small businesses and self-employed professionals in India. Our registered operating address is STATURE, 1st Floor, Sinhgad Road, Near Nanded City, Pune 411041.

Our standard package is a professional business website at a fixed price of ₹10,000. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the package includes:

• Design and development of a business website (typically a home page, an about page, a services page and a contact/enquiry page).
• A mobile-friendly, responsive layout.
• A domain name and hosting for the first year.
• An enquiry form, WhatsApp chat integration and a Google Maps section on the contact page.
• A basic search-friendly page structure that search engines can understand.

Anything outside the standard package — such as extra pages, e-commerce functionality, booking systems, custom integrations or ongoing content updates — is quoted separately and only begins after your written approval.

To build your website, we rely on you to provide accurate information and materials, including your business name, description, services, photographs, logo and contact details. By supplying content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The information you provide is truthful and does not mislead customers.
• It does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

Delays in providing content, feedback or approvals may delay the completion of your website.

The price for the standard package is ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only). Payment terms and any advance amount are confirmed before work begins, and will be stated in your order confirmation or on WhatsApp in writing.

Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply under Indian law. If applicable taxes change, we will inform you before charging them.

Websites are made live once payment has been received in full, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

We agree on a reasonable timeline with you before starting work. Timelines depend on receiving your content and feedback on time. We will keep you informed of progress throughout, and no completion date is guaranteed until the website has been reviewed and approved by you.

Your package includes reasonable revisions so that the final website represents your business well, as agreed during the project. Requests that go beyond the original scope — such as new pages, new features or major redesigns — are treated as new work and quoted separately.

The package price includes one domain name and hosting for the first year. Renewal of the domain and hosting is the client's responsibility and is billed at the then-applicable rates, which we will communicate to you in advance. If a renewal is not paid, the domain or hosting may expire and the website may go offline; we are not responsible for content or data lost as a result of an expired domain or hosting plan.

Websites may rely on third-party services such as Google (Maps, Business Profile, search), WhatsApp, and hosting or domain providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we cannot control changes they make to their products, availability or policies. We will always help you restore or adapt your website where practical.

• You retain full ownership of the business content you provide (text, photographs, logo and branding).
• Once your website has been paid for in full, you own the rights to use the completed website for your business.
• Until full payment is received, all design work, files and drafts remain the property of DigiArambh.
• We may feature your completed website in our portfolio and sample listings, unless you ask us in writing not to.

You may not use a website built by DigiArambh for anything illegal, fraudulent, misleading or infringing, including spam, scams, unlicensed financial activity or content that violates Indian law. We may decline or discontinue work on any project that violates these requirements.

We design websites to be professional, fast and search-friendly, but no website designer can guarantee a specific position in Google search results, a specific amount of visitor traffic, or new business. Any statement about expected performance is an estimate, not a promise.

After your website goes live, we provide reasonable help with issues connected to the original build. Ongoing changes, new content, new features or regular maintenance can be arranged separately, and may be chargeable.

You may cancel a project before the website is made live by informing us in writing (including on WhatsApp). Work completed up to the point of cancellation, along with any domain, hosting or third-party costs already incurred, is deducted from any refund due. Domain registrations, hosting setup fees and third-party charges are generally non-refundable once purchased.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiArambh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the website in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Information you share with us — such as your name, business details, mobile number and enquiry messages — is used only to design, deliver and support your website, and to communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. Significant changes affecting an active project will also be communicated to you directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
